Brianne Wilhelm is among Omaha’s most diversified interior design professionals. A full service designer with D3interiors since 2009, Brianne is a residential remodeling specialist, a home stager, a color expert, one of the Midwest’s foremost fabric authorities and a master collaborator. “Interior design is a beautiful collaboration between homeowner, builder or contractors, and designer.” She has collaborated with some clients since 2006, designing and remodeling their residences and working on their office spaces. She creates extended design plans for her clients and, in some cases, implements the plans in phases over time.
She collaborates with a prominent Omaha real estate broker for whom she designs and stages condos, lofts and other downtown residences. And she collaborates with design firms, independent designers and custom workrooms statewide in her position as an account representative for Wesco Fabrics, one of the nation's leading suppliers of boutique fabrics and window treatments.
“I most enjoy working with clients to find that inspirational jumping point to design their home—a cherished piece of artwork or beautiful fabric, a family heirloom, or simply starting with an existing finish or design feature in their home. The most rewarding part of my job is to see a client’s joy and satisfaction after we finish a project.”
She has served hundreds of clients over a design career that spans over ten years, the first four of which she spent as a design consultant with the Midwest’s largest contemporary furniture showroom. Among her larger projects at D3 was providing the interior finishes for Riverfront Place, the prestigious condominium and townhome development along the Missouri River in Omaha.
Brianne is the recipient of several project awards from ASID’s Nebraska-Iowa chapter, and her work has been featured in a variety of area publications. Her work on a small basement finish earned her the 2015 Design Impact Award from the NE/IA ASID Project Awards, which is given to the project receiving the highest rankings of all of the residential design projects submitted.
She earned an associates degree in interior design from Metropolitan Community College in Omaha, and holds a BA in Art from Simpson College in Indianola, IA.
Outside of her passion for design, Brianne spends her time at home in Omaha, at their acreage or the family farm with her two young sons, Charlie and Oliver, and her husband, Marcus. She enjoys good wine, entertaining friends and family, travelling whenever and wherever she can, and cherished family meals at home.
