Charlotte’s lifelong love for creating beautiful spaces began after college, when fueled by several classes in design, she decided to tackle a portion of her own home. The local newspaper heard about the results, and decided to use Charlotte’s home as the featured example of how to transform small spaces into amazing places.

In 1977, Charlotte opened the doors of her first interior design firm, and never looked back. In just a few years, she realized she'd need a partner to help manage the firm’s rapid growth and success, and together they built the company into the largest interior design firm in the Omaha area.

Still seeking new challenges, Charlotte sold her interest in the first design firm in 2005 to launch D3interiors with her two talented daughters, Lisa and Julie, with whom she can serve their valued clients and their families and continue the tradition of excellence.

Over her 30+ storied career, Charlotte has won numerous accolades and has been featured countless times in local newspapers and magazines. She was a consistent award-winner with the Nebraska and Iowa ASID chapters, and served on many charitable organization’s committees and boards. She was also a member of several professional organizations, including the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce and the Metro Omaha Builder’s Association.

When Charlotte was not busy with clients, she loves spending time with her family, including keeping up with all of the activities of her five beautiful grandchildren.
